Never accuse me of making intelligent choices: I’ve just sat through the silliest movie ever made.

How anyone ever found the finance to make MOONFALL is way beyond me. There’s plenty of ridiculously big special effects in this emotionally juvenile piece of junk from the predictable awful Roland Emmerich. If filmmakers were licenced, he’d be banned for life; It vaguely occupied my lunch break while working on a novel that is taking me far too long to finish. Still, there’s something to be said for reckless waste of time in a streaming universe where shit floats alongside the occasional diamond.

I can also imagine the several thousand personnel who were paid well and sat at their computers going ‘what the fuck!!’
